Registration requires express permission to send messages to your email address, and to display your choice of name (personal, company, or fictitious) on our Leaderboard.
We never collect a physical address, phone number, social security number, or personal identification number. We do not receive payments, and will never ask for a credit card, debit card, bank account, or financial information.
We use Google Analytics to collect information on Site traffic over time. We adhere to Google Analytic's Terms of Service. These prohibit sending your personal information to Google.
We do not offer third party products or services.
We may offer you links to third party payment systems for your own investigation; but using these would be at your own risk.
We do not advertise, nor sell information with advertisers.
We don’t currently use vulnerability or malware scanning. Some of our back-end infrastructure vendors may.
Users can visit our site anonymously. Our site is programmed to comply with Do Not Track settings on many popular web browsers.

We comply with COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not have content of a detrimental nature to children. We do not market to children under 13, and do not expect many to be attracted to the Site, unless they are geniuses, in which case they are most welcome.
FTC Fair Information Practices. We comply with FTC policy by giving Notice of our policies, allowing user Choice (such as whether or not to register, whether to use a fictitious name, and what payment vendor to use). Our engineers endeavor to use reputable back end services, and emerging best practices for Data Integrity and Security. Within 3 business days of becoming aware of a data breach, we will notify registered users by email, and notify visitors on our home page.
CAN SPAM Act. In compliance with this federal anti-spam legislation, we allow registered users to unsubscribe or end their registration on the Site.
